NUTRITION AND ALLERGIES

It is apparent that one’s nutrition affects the mind – which affects all parts of our life – and our mind affects our nutrition and diet.  Feeling miserable or stressed can lead to more erratic eating habits and cravings for sugar and processed foods, which add fuel to the irritability and the cycle goes on.  Add to this the fact that most people have sensitivities and allergies that show up in our body in the form of headaches, weight and low energy, to name a few, and it becomes even more apparent nutrition and sensitivity are two key factors to wellbeing and living our best life.
